Thesis of the post (dated 2025-10-06): alcohol consumption is falling ('the fall of alcohol') and the author attributes part of the decline to rising GLP-1 use (semaglutide, tirzepatide). A present-trend causal claim that sets up the later forecast that GLP-1s might drive alcohol use 'off a cliff'.
