Quote
“The unsettling part of this indictment by the DOJ, for the rest of telehealth prescribing of control substances, is that the DOJ tried to make it as clear as possible that there's more coming, maybe.”
After the DOJ arrested the CEO/founder and Chief Medical Officer of ADHD telehealth platform Done for alleged illegal distribution of Adderall (its first criminal drug distribution prosecution of a digital health company), the author reads the press release framing and AG Merrick Garland's quote as a signal that more prosecutions of telehealth controlled-substance prescribers are coming.

- Probability
- 0.50 LexiconThe fixed five-bin table that turns a phrase into a probability. The strongest phrase in the claim sentence decides; coders never read tone. Method › · binOne of five lexicon steps: A 'will' 0.90, B 'probably' 0.70, C 'may' 0.50, D 'unlikely' 0.30, E 'never' 0.10. A stated number goes to the nearest bin for calibration only. Method › C · “maybe”

Registry entry
The Department of Justice announces criminal charges against a second telehealth or digital health company, or its executives, for unlawful distribution of controlled substances prescribed through the company's platform.
TRUE on the date of a Department of Justice press release (justice.gov) announcing an indictment or criminal complaint against a telehealth or digital health company, or its executives, for unlawful distribution of controlled substances prescribed through the company's platform, in a case other than the Done case the author cites. The docket date of the charging document is the secondary source. Civil settlements, DEA administrative actions, state actions and cases against individual clinicians with no company platform do not count. FALSE when no such announcement has appeared by the deadline.
Resolution source: US Department of Justice press releases; federal court dockets (CourtListener) as a secondary source
Readings: 'There's more coming' and 'first prosecution doesn't sound like last prosecution' read as at least one further criminal prosecution of the same kind: a company that prescribes controlled substances over the internet, charged with drug distribution.; court_outcome is the closest template for a federal enforcement action; the event resolves on the announcement of charges, not on a later verdict.

- Resolver note
- Checked DOJ Office of Public Affairs releases, the June 2026 national takedown materials and law-firm roundups through 2026-09-13. The only DOJ criminal prosecution of a telehealth or digital health company for controlled-substance distribution through its platform is still the Done Global case: executives charged 2024-06-13, convicted 2025-11-19, sentenced 2026-07-07. The 2025-12-17 indictment of Done Global Inc. and Mindful Mental Wellness P.A. is the same case (Done set up MMW to keep filling its prescriptions), so the criterion excludes it. The 2026 takedown (455 defendants) names no telehealth-company controlled-substance case; its Aptihealth matter is a civil billing settlement. Cerebral (subpoena, civil settlements) and Truepill (DEA administrative action) do not qualify. DOJ and DEA site search returned 403; coverage rests on OPA releases, takedown pages and roundups.
