'The bottom line' of the article after reviewing Amminger's Vienna omega-3 RCT (2010) and its 6.7-year follow-up (2015), the Montazer 2022 meta-analysis (no PANSS benefit, some GAF benefit), the ALSPAC cohort data, and the Chen et al. 2024 network meta-analysis (lower transition odds at 6, 12 and 24+ months). The author's provisional verdict on omega-3 supplementation for individuals at clinical high risk for psychosis.
