Reacting to UnitedHealth Group's SEC 8-K on the February 21, 2024 Change Healthcare cyberattack, which said the company had not determined the incident was reasonably likely to materially impact its financial condition or results of operations. The author, sarcastically, agrees: UHG's financial condition will not be materially hurt.
