Outside the five areas
“The Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) (a fixed profit margin) means ever increasing healthcare spending. ... Thus, costs go up and outcomes don’t improve.”
Opening review bullets restating part one's thesis: the MLR implies ever-increasing health care spending, rising costs with flat outcomes, and therefore limiting access to mental health care is the payers' profitable strategy.
Outside the five area definitions in areas.json: not a regulatory decision, trial outcome, company or market outcome, payer or policy decision, or practice adoption about drugs, devices or treatments in psychiatry, or about payment for and access to them. The registry applies the same test when it consolidates proposed events.
