After the September 4, 2026 mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case (Plymouth Superior Court, Massachusetts; jury split 11-1 per the defense), the author states a status hearing is set for September 29 and that district attorney Timothy Cruz will decide then whether to retry the case with a new jury.
