“There is even a government payer, in Medicaid and Medicare for the disabled, and probably an exit to united healthcare exists, just to drive down the cost of their dual eligibles with Medicare/Medicaid.”
The author re-quotes his own 2023 article that pitched an 'Early Treatment Program' company for schizophrenia. He says such a company has a government payer (Medicaid and Medicare for the disabled) and probably an acquisition exit to UnitedHealthcare, which would want to cut costs for its dual-eligible members. Restated in 2026 in a post about Doro Mind, which built such a company.
