After reviewing single-session rTMS studies of the TPJ and VLPFC, a 2021 systematic review calling TPJ stimulation 'promising', and an open-label VLPFC case series (average 44% CDS reduction), and noting no one has run the RCT yet, the author calls for the randomized controlled trial to start now.
