Satire or irony
“It is a tale Told by an idiot, full of promises and vitriol, Reforming nothing.”
Macbeth 'Tomorrow, and tomorrow' parody marking Vivek Ramaswamy's departure from DOGE (the Department of Government Efficiency), where he was to cut 'unnecessary regulations'. The verse likens the regulatory-reform effort to a Theranos-style founder and concludes it reforms nothing.
Marked or evident satire, hyperbole or irony.
