Satire or irony
“I intend to take Andrew Witty at his word, and I do believe that they're gonna keep at that gap until it's closed; it's the time scale that I'm not entirely clear on. It could take… Any amount of time… which might limit the immediacy of the relief individuals would feel?”
Satirical 'victory lap' over a Managed Healthcare Executive report that UnitedHealth Group CEO Andrew Witty vowed to reduce prior authorization and close the gap in digital health interactions. The author ironically professes belief that UHC will keep at it until the gap is closed.
Marked or evident satire, hyperbole or irony.
