AACAP dispatch on suicidal youth. After citing CDC figures (1 in 4 girls seriously consider suicide each year, just under 1 in 4 LGBTQ youth attempt, 6.6% of boys attempted in 2021), the author states that most suicidal kids survive but many will not.
