Commitment (own venture)
“I've worked on writing this; I'm not sure I will get to publish it. Not anytime soon.”
Item 6 ('How to Never Work in This Town Again') of the upcoming-articles list: a story from the author's training years that he doubts he will publish.
The forecaster's own organization can make the outcome happen by its own decision: clinic openings, product launches, hires, trial starts, filings by their own company. Listed in the commitments table, never scored.
