Commitment (own venture)
“When more friends use your referral link to subscribe (free or paid), you’ll receive special benefits.”
Substack referral-program announcement for The Frontier Psychiatrists: a 1-month comp for 3 referrals, 3 months for 5, 6 months for 25.
The forecaster's own organization can make the outcome happen by its own decision: clinic openings, product launches, hires, trial starts, filings by their own company. Listed in the commitments table, never scored.
