Outside the five areas
“I am also asserting that, should there be medical negligence (a.k.a. a doctor prevented from practicing medicine, according to clinical standards, by non-physician interference which leads to the direct damages to a patient) there could be consequences.”
Conditional: if the Utah law causes medical negligence and patient harm, the governor and legislators could face legal consequences (a civil suit for criminal conspiracy, treble damages under civil RICO).
Outside the five area definitions in areas.json: not a regulatory decision, trial outcome, company or market outcome, payer or policy decision, or practice adoption about drugs, devices or treatments in psychiatry, or about payment for and access to them. The registry applies the same test when it consolidates proposed events.
