Harold Sackeim's prediction at the Clinical TMS Society 9th annual meeting (June 2021): within a few years psychiatrists will deliver drugs directly into the brain. He cited Cerebral Therapeutics (intracerebroventricular delivery; studies showing 77% seizure reduction with divalproex in temporal lobe epilepsy) and imagined clozaril delivered to the brain in schizophrenia. The author reports it and says 'Keep an eye on this company to see if his predictions come true!'.
